POLICIES
Please read over ALL of our policies before booking an appointment or making a purchase, once you book your appointment or make a purchase that means you have agreed to ALL policies.
50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee
When booking an appointment a 50% booking fee will be paid, the booking fee is the price listed near each service. Please keep in mind the prices listed are half of the service charge (example: “Beautiful Glow Facial" (Full Price: $80) Price: $40.00) in my example that is how a service will appear when you book, you will pay $40.00 when you book your appointment, and you will pay another $40.00 the day of your appointment to complete the full payment of $80.00.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
Appointments MUST be canceled, rescheduled or any changes must be made 48 hours or more before scheduled appointment time. If failed to do so the other 50% of the service must be paid via invoice in order to book again.
Your 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is lost if you cancel your appointment, to avoid this reschedule your appointment to a different date!
Refund Policy
If by any reason you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please reach out within 24 hours so we can discuss, and I can accommodate you to be seen to find a solution to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your service. No refunds are given.
No-Shows
If you No-Show your appointment you are required to pay the other 50% of your service, if it’s not paid via invoice within 24 hours you will not longer be able to book an appointment with Beautiful Flower Aesthetics. If you No-Show again after the first No-Show you will be blocked from booking any future appointments with Beautiful Flower Aesthetics.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased in person, a perfect gift for a loved one. We would like to inform you that our rescheduling/cancellation policy applies to gift cards as well. To book an appointment using a gift card please email us at beautifulfloweraesthetics.com or direct message us on any social media pages.

Feeling Sick?
If you feel sick by any means please STAY HOME! Please keep in mind ALL policies still apply if a cancellation occurs because of being sick!
